I use Gillette Complete SkinCare Multi-Glide Gel Fragrance Free, works very well for oily, acne-prone skin with no irritation.

I dont know if theres one designed for acne skin, but there are for oily skin. I use one that works wonders for me- no irritation at all.

Its called Edge Active Care shave cream- green stripe one.

Its just so awesome. i recommend it.

Was gonna do this but i'm not sure if the lather from the ACT bar is enough to protect me from irritation, so was thinking to use a proper shaving cream.

i do it an it works fine, actually, i make a lather with ACT, then add a bit of CSR Cleanser in there to get a real good lather.
then slap it on an shave away biggrin.gif

Cool, i might stick to the ACT then for the lather, as i guess if i started to use a shaving gel, then thats only one more thing that could break me out.

Thanks, mate! Here's the best thing I've found over here...it does contain dye, which I'm not a huge fan of. This stuff does give a nice shave, and I've had my share of problems in this department doubt.gif

Anything by King of Shaves is ideal for acne prone skin. Available in Boots but a bit expensive.

Botanics Antibacterial Shave Foam
Botanics Antibacterial Shave Gel
Botanics Antibacterial Post Shave Soothing Gel

I haven't tried the post shave gel, but I've used the other two. They both give a really good shave, and haven't irritated my skin. They contain burdock extract and that's supposed to help against outbreaks, who knows? I used to get bad irritation when shaving, but that's fine now, but I also use an exfoliating scrub before shaving now.

The gel is good if you want to see where you are shaving. My girlfriend uses it as it's the best shaving product she's found (she's tried plenty).
