anyone try a cucumber and honey toner? Supposedly, this helps returns the skin to its normal pH balance. I am contemplating between using this as a toner or ACV and greentea mixed.

how do guys leave avc on your face all day? doesnt it smell pretty bad and people ask you why you stink when you go out?

yes, I can't wear mine all day. My boyfriend won't kiss me because he said my face smells so bad and makes him want to throw up! hahahaha, so it must be washed off in my case, or worn at night

If you put moisturizer over your face afterward it kind of hides the smell.

I started using Heinz ACV on Sunday night and today is Tuesday. On Sunday I used it once and Monday I used it 2 times and today I have a 4 or 5 whiteheads that are on the surface. Could this be because of the ACV or what? I used it diluted 50/50 in a water bottle.

My regimen is
Eucerin Redness Relief Cleansing Gel
ACV
Moisturize with Cerave
BP 10% spot treatment at night.

I switched to Braggs and my skin is looking better so far. I was wondering if I do it 3 times a day, do i have to moisturize in the middle of the day when I do it?

I'm currently on Murad and lately, it has stopped working. Can I still use the Murad Cleanser and Moisturizer along with ACV??

I have a silly question.. please don't be harsh! Just wanna know what will i ask to buy ACV in the grocery store and is this the same vinegar which is used for cooking? Also what do i tell to buy EMU OIL? ..Don't want to waste a thread on this, so asked here.

I really suggest going to a whole foods or somewhere that has BRAGGS Organic ACV. Or any Organic ACV that has an ingredient called "The Mother" in it. Overall, peoples results with drinking or applying it to their face have sounded much better, including for me. It should be in the cooking isles, but asking an employee at the store should know where it is.

Chances are, the store you're at isn't going to have emu oil. I haven't seen any place that sells it except online.

when i apply acv (50/50) it seems like it absorbs rly quick n theres no smell but maybe its not the right acv then? :/
anyhow i feel if u use it daily it kinda dries skin, so its probably the best to use it with somekinda moisturizer on top of it or not like too often like daily

Used it for four months and am happy to say that it helped to reduce my red marks up to 60%-70% than what they were. I haven't used ACV for two days, though, as I'm experimenting to see if ACV has kind of "run it's course" for me and won't get my red marks any better than they already are. Because if that's the case, then what's the point in continuing to use it?

Going to try picking up an Aloe Vera plant today to try that out. I must get rid of the remaining 40% of these red marks!!

With all due respect, half the people on here complaining of 'horrible red marks', especially the OP - have mickey mouse level blemishes to begin with so don't even warrant much serious attention.

Is there anybody with ACTUAL, SERIOUS red marks who has gotten any positive benefit from this method??

I have/had pretty serious red marks. No pictures yet, but trust me, they are terrible. All over both of my cheeks and temples.

i'm going to buy some Briggs ACV tomorrow after school. How long would it take to see results?? I'm mostly going to use it because of my PIH. Also, i plan to use the Acne.org regimen but people say that BP is bad for PIH. So what should i do??

Anyone whos questioning trying ACV just needs to go out and buy it and try. It will cost you less than 5 dollars for a large bottle of it.

You will never know if it works for your marks until you try it, and when its this cheap, it's worth a shot. I have not heard of many (if any) people saying it made them break out. Some people don't see much results, while others see very good results. It helps some peoples pimples dry up.

Definitely start with 50% ACV and 50% Water (or even more water).

There was a interview done with Fergie and she drinks 2 tablespoons with every meal. Supposedly helps with weight loss. I bought some to try, but never dared to drink the stuff... I am going to try it as a toner though. I figure it can't hurt anything. Fergie used organic unfiltered ACV though.
