I've had acne since highschool and throughout the years that I've been in the U.S. Army. CSR looks like the way to go. I'm determined to beatdown my acne once and for all by starting the clear skin regimen today. Wish me luck folks.

I have been using
Neutrogena's Deep Clean
Clean&Clear's Persa Gel-10 BP
Neutrogena's Oil Free Moisture w/ SPF15.
These are the products that I am using currently until the CSR cleanser and gel come in because after reading about BP on Acne.org I found out that 2.5% would suffice and the BP I'm using now wouldn't smear on that easily. So Im thinking the CSR Gel would probably be my best bet.
With the current moisturizer that I'm using, my skin would be shiny after application and I would just get more oily during the day. I think it might be the SPF doing it but I think I really need it out here because I'm always commuting in the sun and like to hang out outdoors. I'm trying to find a moisturizer with SPF 15 but won't be shiny upon application. Any suggestions would be sweet.

ok yea, I'm glad you are switching to the CSR cleanser and gel. Those will be much gentler on your skin than the products you are currently using.
Yes, spf ingredients can cause a bit of shine. You can consider using a clean napkin or blotting sheet to gently blot off the shine and oil from your skin too. Just gently press it to your face and the shine and/or oil will lift right off.

been going to bed around 4am due to class assignments and crap, but I have been diligent in following the regimine before I go to bed and after I get up for the day. So far I've seen some acne slowy disappearing but new ones appear as well. I guess it might be working and the rest is coming up to get beat down.

still doin the regimen...this time ive got the CSR wash and gel...still using Moisture lotion as well. So far my neck has cleared up. My major problem areas are my cheeks and sides of my face. Its probably due to sleeping on each side at night. Been trying to sleep on my back but its so uncomfortable. I catch myself wanting to lay on the side of my face and instead, so I rest my chin on the back of my hand. Its kinda funny when you're asleep and you catch yourself. I just dont want to rub my face all up in the pillow. I just feel that it will irritate my skin even more and wipe off any dust from my pillow. Oh well.
But anyhow, the wash seems so gentle and the gel is so easy to put on. I enjoy it more than the last product I was using. I'm getting the stinging sensation now, probably because of the amount I am putting on now. But hey...the more the merrier eh. So far the problem areas that I was talking about have gotten a little worse probably due to my sleeping habits and the river rafting trip that I just went on, on one hour sleep. I've also been drinking Coke and Root Beer lately. I know that food doesn't really have any known cause for acne but I think it does...so I might stay away from sodas for awhile and see how goes it.
Anyhow...the regimen seems very promising and I'm excited to see how my skin will look in a month. But yea..everyone seems to be having some good progress. Hope I'll get there soon.

alright its been a while. been trying hard to maintain. it looks like its paying off. my skin looks like its tone is evening out and im still clear in my neck area. i had a pimple that came out on my lip but quickly vanished like in one day. my cheeks pimples that were there are almost gone now...no major ones have come up yet. been getting enough sleep as well. i just got to maintain and hopefully the blemishes will dissapear soon.

its been awhile again...but i've maintained...its like the best part of the day when i get to cleanse my face. so far its cleared up dramatically..i have a two pimples now but they aren't that noticeable...the complexion and oveall look of my skin has gotten better as well. i think what helps as well is not to shave everyday. I allowed my skin to take a break from the razor and i think it helped it to heal itself...so note to self...try not to shave everyday. now i need a way to make my scars less apparent.
