I love pasta, it's my fave food. I would be betraying my heritage to give it up tongue.gif . I'm so glad DKR works for me. I dont think my acne is diet related anyhow.

CJB: Question, where do you get your sources of carbs from, for example if you required a high amount of calories ie 4000per day, what source of carbs would you eat from, just like to know as i believe alot of what you said is true however if i was to live off minimal carbs id become anorexic

legumes seem to be a good source of carbs and other good stuff

I mostly get mine from fruits and veggies. I occasionally eat potatoes.
However, I don't need nearly that many calories per day. If you're somebody who works out hard every day, you might be able to get away with (and you might need) more carbs. I'd go with sweet potatoes first. You could experiment with potatoes, rice, quinoa. I cannot eat rice - breaks me out - but some people can.
