Is it enough to just take B5 with B complex to make sure I don't have a deficiency?

Hey,
I can't really be of help but i am doing the same thing.
I take 10 grams of B5 from Vilantae. Is that what you use?
I also get plenty of fiber, cleansing herbs, other vitamins and blah blah. But yeah i was wondering if taking one B complex would be sufficient also. So someone please respond if you could be of help.
Grazie

There's no RDI for B5, but the Estimated Safe and Adequate Daily Dietary Intake is 4-7mg a day
taking 10 gms i believe, is wayy too much

how much pantothenic acid is in one tablet?

also, by 'one' B complex, as in niacin, how much is in one tablet?
the RDI for niacin 11-19mg a day

ur right, as long as u don't have a deficiency, which i doubt u will if u eat a balanced diet, taking these vitamins a bit over the RDI is more than enough...everything in excess is toxic
and u might do more harm that good...
