you usually get what u pay for. Federal law requires vitamin companies to only put 15% of what they claim is in their vitamin. Therefore if they claimed to have 10,000 IU of vitamin A, it must only contain 1500 IU. Scary huh? I don't take vitamins, I believe they can be very harmful to your body. Alot of the time you'll get too much of a vitamin. Eating a vitamin balanced diet is much better. The body will just take what it needs from the food you eat. If there is too much you just won't use it.

Definitely agree that vitamin supplements are not a good way to go. We should get our vitamins and minerals first from foods, and second from WHOLE FOOD supplements like acerola cherry powder (vitamin C), spirulina (chlorophyll, provitamin A, GLA, etc etc etc.) and others.
I've heard from somewhere that Swanson is high quality vitamins though.
Amazon.com is also a good place to find superfoods / whole food supplements, of course.

don't get me wrong, these products could work great. Take GNC, for instance. Their products suck because they spend all their money on advertising and marketing. Then they spend their money researching for marketing and advertising, rather than researching their product. Plus I was more so talking about pill form vitamins, I believe you are talking about topical oils?? I appoligize I didn't even check out the site. Okay I checked it out and its a whole health food store and it looks really good. thanks. just keep in mind what I said about the vitamins.
