Hello:

I'm an active member but have spent most of my time in the
prescription medication forum.

That said, I'm in my late 30's and on accutane for the 4th time.

The first two times were back to back about 6 years ago with perfect
results. The acne returned about a year and 1/2 ago due to some
stressful emotional times. I started a 3rd course in May of 05
with good results but still had some mild acne returning and getting
worse with each passing week. I currently am on day 5 of my
4th course. I have delt with the emtional issues that I beleive
contributed to the stress that caused the outbreaks.

Anyway, after visiting your forum, I think that holistic
way might be better than the medication.

Can I do a colon cleanse while on Accutane? Or would
it be overly stressful for my body to deal with that
and the Accutane at the same time?
