When i exfoliate..I just do it with a washcloth. I scrub pretty hard to try and remove the dead skin cells. I was wondering how hard i should push. and a couple days after my skin looks worse, but from what i read it gets worse before it gets better.

I was always told that scrubbing hard is the worse thing you could do.
I use my hands massage the area.

no scrubbing is a great thing. just dont do it with like a rough object. a soft smooth one
