Ok, I go work out everyday (4 days now or 5 ?? ) and I go... WITHOUT MAKEUP!!!!!!!!!!!! AHHHHHHHHHHHH! Ok, I am still alive nobody cares anyway. LOL yet my face gets this rush of blood to it ( I have poor circulation) and after excercise looks better. So id say GO WORK OUT!

Good for you for going to the gym with no makeup on. I constantly see other women working out while wearing foundation, eye shadow etc etc. One it looks ...wrong....two its so unhealthy for the skin.
I think you'll continue to see a positive affect on your skin, it will cleanse itself through sweat and "breathe".
Just member to wash your face with cool water after a work out.

I agree, a face full of sweat looks better IMO...or at least makes my face looks better. If you are taking vitamin C and MSM, this can help blood circulate towards your face.

Working out definitely helps my skin! I've been working out regularly for the last month (1 hour a day). I've noticed that I have about a quarter the acne I usually do...and I'm not doing anything else differently! I've heard it is essentially a detox for the body...maybe that's why I'm getting better.
I work out without makeup, too. It was hard at first to walk out of the locker room with no makeup on but now I don't care. Glad you got over your fears!

should I take some 1 hour before working out?
I guess that's okay. I take time released vitamin C so I don't have to worry about it. But I take MSM after a workout. MSM, C, and E plus exercise really maximizes scar reducation IYAM (see my thread on 1 month of supplemental scar treatment).

I just took MSM and E . And just got home from the GYm, feels great.
