Ok well this is my first post here, but I read the boards a lot. Just like you guys, searching and wishing for that miracle drug to cure us all. I'm a 21 year old male and I suffer from shoulder and back acne. I get the occasional face acne, but I have that pretty much under control. Well, here is my method on how I got rid of my bacne.

I used the CSR for about 3 weeks. This got rid of about 90% of my bacne. But it still didn't get rid of the redness and a few here or there. I applied it at least 3 times a day.
Then about a little over a week ago I bought this product Nature's Cure Body Acne Treatment Spray.
Its specifically designed for body acne. It's a spray. You spray it on your area and let it dry for about 60 seconds and u can put on a shirt or nething without messing it up.

BUT

At the same time I used the spray I used the Neutrogena Body Clear Body Clear Body Scrub, Salicylic Acid Acne Treatment. I just use it everyday when I take a shower.

So in short:

-Use the CSR for about 2 weeks
-Use the Spray
-Use the body wash

*Note* You may skip the csr and go straight to the spray, it may work right off from the start. This stuff is really good.

**important** if your gonna buy the spray, buy at least 2 from the start, it goes rather quickly.
