glad to see it going so well for you!
I'm on my day 58 and have been using almost exactly the same course...
2 weeks @ 10 mg
3 weeks @ 20 mg
3 weeks @ 30 mg
so far...
and have been getting quite similar results...
the rest of the treatment will be slightly diferent since I'm going to upgrade to 40 mg soon....
but the improvement for me has already been noticable...
here's my log.

just one question: why do you take zinc and vit c? does it help with the healing or something? my face is apparently going thru IB. n its iching liek hell with all those new pimples n cysts n pus coming to surface but still i try not to touch them in case the bacteria spread or something. any advices?

I use zinc mainly for my hair and skin: with zinc, your hair should grow "stronger" and your skin should heal faster.
I was afraid of hair loss while on accutane, and my derm suggested me to take zinc every night. He even said, it will help my damaged skin to recover faster. Right now I take 25mg every night.
Now for the Vitamin C: with Vitamin C, I hope to lessen my scars. Sometime ago, another user on this forum posted a topic about Vitamin C and how it helped in reducing/lessen her scars. And up until now, 3 of my shallow scars are completly vanished. But I'm not sure if the Vitamin C did this or the slightly peeling of my skin over the course. Anyway. I just feel better, when I take it.
Right now I'm taking 1,5-2g throughout the day.
I don't really have an advice for your itching skin, but you should use a moisturizer. I myself use jojoba oil everytime in the evening, after I took a shower (everyday). In the morning I use nothing except water to wash my face.
BTW: My face got completly clear the first time after around a month. Right now I get like a tiny pimple every 2-3 weeks and I'm not even really sure if that's a pimple or something else.
Day 153: 30mg (1x10mg and 1x20mg)

Skin is good.
Side Effects:
Dry and slightly chapped lips.

They only thing I do about my scars are vitamin c tabs. And around every 2-3 weeks I do a mild(!) peeling: but don't peel your face, if you still have active acne!!! Some of my shallow scars completly vanished this way, but the deeper ones are still there, but they are shallower than before.
If you really have deep scars, wait until you finished with accutane. Than wait another 3-4 months and look into the scars section of this forum. There are enough tips and tricks you could use for yourself. Or if you have a specific question, just ask there.

Good to see the low dose is good for your skin! Lucky for you!
Do you think the zinc does something good for you?

I can't say for sure that the zinc is really helping me, cuz my skin is doing really fine the last 2-3 months. At the moment I'm really slacking with my zinc intake. I used to take 25mg every night, but right now it's more like every 3-4 day or even less.
