I've read that the herb saw palmetto is an natural anti-androgen and so can be used instead of dianette. Has anyone tried saw palmetto? and if so for how long? and did you have any success?

I know its used for prostate disorders. dont know about acne

saw palmetto is a natural anti-androgen. I started taking it but didnt give it a good chance... u need to give herbal supplements 3-6 months to see any improvement (so i've read).... good luck if ur going to try it tho
