Dont get oatmeal, (unless you like it) becuase it tastes like arse, just get organic porradge oats, big flakes, lowest refinement bla bla bla... As for what to put with it, apples are nice, (bramley's are good to cook with) skin them (eat the skin) then chop them, warm them in a pan with a bit of water and mush them until its like a paste, mix it with your porridge instead of sugar, maybe add a smidge of cinnamon too. Or just add dried fruit like raisins, dried cranberries etc.

Spanish omelletes are nice, fry some onion, (maybe add some bacon too) then add the whipped eggs to the pan, cook it, put it on a plate flat, put some soft cheese (garlic cheese is best) on top and some salad leaves roll it up like a swiss roll and walla.
For frying use butter or coconut oil.
