There's a short tip about baggy eyes at the bottom.
Bags underneath eyes?

Puffiness around the eyes from lack of sleep and naturally baggy eyes are different things, right?
I've been sleeping horribly for quite a while now, and have the dark circles and puffiness to show for it.. I'm pretty sure THOSE don't require surgery, do they!?

Also I've heard (hehe)
hemmoroid creme. Hmm. Dont know for sure, though.

I've used Prep-H on my undereye area and sure, it gets rid of the bags, but it also burnt the shit out of the skin around my eyes after a few days. So I stopped using it...would rather have small baggies than red, scaly, inflamed skin around my eyes. Not good.
As an aside, Prep-H can also temporarily reduce the appearance of cellulite. So if you are gonna be out sportin' that new bikini and don't want your orange peels to show, slather some of it on. Only lasts for an hour or two, though.

my advice is a skin lightner from YSL it is called touche eclat and its amazing, quite procey but it lasts ages and the bags you wont even see them it lightens the area naturally

It seems after cold temp. my eyes and face in general tend to lose their puffiness...
Has anyone considered using those cold eye gel masks?
Do they work?
am considering buying one..
Here are a couple I am looking at:
Amazon.com Lady Elizabeth Gel Eye Mask
Pearl Ice Cooling Eye Mask
Amazon.com Pearl Ice Cooling Mask by Inka
Anyone have any experience with cooling gel masks?
I am looking for the BEST quality mask. Is there one?
Or are they all pretty much the same?

Everyone says that Preperation H is the best around the eyes. I know it might sound weird but it tightens up the eyes and it gets rid of the bags. It may take a couple time though.
