Okay so since bread breaks me out and I'm really confused about what the hell is in it that does it I got this bread from a freezer section....I got this bread from some organic frozen section and want to know if this is ok cause it was 5$

Its - GLuten and wheat free TAPIOCA BREAD

Yes this bread doesn't contain the things that you maybe be allergic too because tapioca is a tuber like potatoes
and like potatoes it has a rather high GI. If quick blood sugar peaks is what is breaking you out this may still have adverse effects on your skin so make sure to eat your bread when you're tired, super hungry or plan to be active and not when you plant to lay on the coach or read a book

never heard or seen of tapioca bread before and I can't seem to find the sprouted bread everyone is talking about.
