Any effective body spray/oil/gel/etc. after shower?

My back is a mess. After taking a shower, is there some kind of body spray or lotion/oil (maybe Aloe Vera Gel) that can be used for the acne/red marks? Or maybe some type of lotion/oil/etc? Can you guys tell me the best product.

I'm hoping there is some spray that I can use after taking a shower, which will be practical and easy to use.
