Hello.
I'm 18 years old, and I'm a male.
I've had acne for a long time.
But, my face is starting to clear up.
My back is COVERED in acne.
I hate it so bad.
I would look okay if I didn't have this. : (
So, I've been reading around, and found the Head and Shoulders thing.
I'm going to try that.
But, I also have some 100% Aloe Vera Gel.
Doesn't Aloe Vera have skin healing qualities?
Most of my back acne is just scars now, so would this help any?
I'm going to do the Head and Shoulders thing, along with Aloe Vera if it will work.
I'm poor as dirt, so that's about all I can afford.
So, any opinions?
Life really sucks with this.
I hate it.

Don't scrub your back! First at least try some 2.5% benzoyl peroxide on it. Slather it on and gently rub it in as in the Clear Skin Regimen. Let it dry and then put some moisturizer on it, then a white t-shirt (so you don't bleach any of your other clothes). Start with 1x/day and then in about a week go for 2x/day. THEN after a few weeks if that doesn't work after a while try something else. I would not scrub because that may at first clear it up but then it exacerbates the acne.
Good luck!
Good luck!

i've been using a synthetic brush for my back
and i felt it has helped immensely
not only has the breakouts been less frequent, but it seems my red marks are fading quite well?
still not sure if it's due to the brush or simply time...
but one things for sure, it reduces breakouts
