I got myself Vitamin B5. Each tablet is 1,000 mg.
I'm wondering how many I should take daily?
Some people told me they take 10-20 per day, but the box says only 1 per day. I'm rather confused.
How much B5?

did they not mean take 10 or 20mg tablets? i heard someone say 10mg but when i have looked in the shops near me i can't find any less than 100mg

I see only 250 mg each tablet or 1,000 mg each. So I bought the higher dose one.

20g per day should work good
. seriously.
go 5 g for 3 days
go 10g for 3 days
go 15g for 3 days
and keep going 20g for up to 6 months.

Wouldnt it like.. poison you or something? That's like 20x the recommended dose!

using 20 grams a day is wrong. the loading dose is 10 grams for no more than 3 months. even then you'll probably experience vitamin deficiency in other B vitamins so you should take a B-50/B-100 complex and possibly Biotin as well.
if they are 1000mg caps (which must be pretty big lol) then just pop 3 in the morning, 3 at lunch and 4 in the evening with meals.
