I take 30mg zinc, and evening primrose oil. Thats it hehe.
I only take the zinc because I was on oxytetrecyline for 2months and it effects the bodies ability to adsorb zinc, often leading to a deficiency.
I'm not on the antibiotics anymore - I'm on tane. But I figured I would continue taking it to help boost my body’s ability to heal while on tane.
I find multi-vitamins break me out for some reason.

I can't believe my acne's not better and I always eat well... I get all of my vitamins. Maybe not enough vitamin c. that's about it. Edit: maybe it doesn't all absorb.

its not just about diet etc.
some people dont even think acne is related to your diet in the slightest and is simply down to sebum production and how easy your pores become clogged

You mean like a multi? They're not as effective as getting 100% of RDA through foods
That's why they're called supplements, they can't substitute real vitamins because they're not as effective and because when they're consumed by eating the foods that contain them they're consumed together with other elements known and unknown who have synergical effects necessary to make the vitamins and minerals effective
