I've heard flaxseed oil is good for acne. has anyone tried it? did it clear your acne?

i been using it for about 3 weeks... so far no significatn results i also use fish oil pills, chromium, zinc, and natures cure... i think it s too early to make any guesses but it definantly cant hurt ur acne so id say give it a shot

I tried it for a while and had no results. However, to be fair, I found the taste so bloody awful that I would often conveniently forget to take it, so maybe the lack of success was because of my non compliance.

you think thats bad, try drinken some extra virgin olive oil.... i seriously wanna hurl when i take that

i dont think that flaxseed oil affects acne so much as it does the condition of your skin...or your bowels. when i was taking flax + salmon oil supps. i noticed my skin was brighter and maybe more even...but the acne was still there and it was still oily.
