After much debate over how i'm going to clean out my Colon and try to rid myself of all this toxic build-up, i've decided that Colonic Irrigation is probably a good way. I'm using Seppo's (a member in here) book as a guide to diet.
I'm getting them done at a clinic because i really think that it's smarter, i might stuff it up if i get a home kit.
They're quite pricey, coming in at around $660 for a course of twelve over 10 weeks.
Can anyone in here offer me any advice on how many i should get for the time being? Or if anyone has had good results with them it would be great to hear from you.
Weird experience today (colonic)

A colonic is very useful, as it stimulates healthy bowel movements, and eliminates some of the toxins from your colon. However, it doesn't do a complete cleanse.
To do a complete cleanse, you need to do a complete cleansing regimen, involving a fiber shake, probiotics, and rebounding. As well as colonic irrigations. You take the fiber shake to push or oxygize all the toxic matter out of your system. To ensure these toxins don't return back to your body, you do a series of colonics (or enemas, if you don't want to spend the money).
So, you need to cleanse in addition to getting Colonics. To cleanse, take a high quality colon cleanser like Oxy-Powder . And get colonics/enemas twice a week or so ^___^

I tend to take colonics during fasting or detoxing. I take one or 2 per day during the whole fast. I don't know how effective they are if you continue eating normally and take one per week.

Got my first today, avoiding red meat and starchy foods for now. Taking heavy metal detoxifiers, liver cleansers, flax seed oil, emu oil and my typical multi-vitamin, zinc etc... Also, a high quality pro-biotic.
Man, i feel alot lighter. That was a strange experience. Probably the most uncomfortable situation in my entire life. If not physically, atleast socially. I suppose i should be pleased at that though. Then again.
It's the first time i've had to insert 2 inches of plastic tube into my ass, atleast it took 21 years to claim that one. And thank fuck it wasn't a sexual experience.

No, i had it done at a clinic. It might be slightly deeper, i don't want to think about it.
Thanks for the link mate. I'm not fasting during these simply because i can't. My studies are fairly demanding and it would screw me over. I may try it some time in the future though. I figure a course of colonics and my already good diet should improve something.
