If I eat something spicy or really greasy or tons of something thats packed with sugar or lots of dairy the side of my face gets itchy. My tongue also becomes coated. Then I breakout.
Does anyone else have this happen?

My skin definitely reacts in an itchy way when too much chocolate(milk) and crisps are eaten.Ingredients in pasties make me feel that way, too.

Not nice, preempts acne and I AVOID!!

There is a very simple answer to this. The skin excretes sebum as you know. You're body transforms all the food/liquid you eat into body secretions such as sebum. The sebum oozes out of your pores, but contains the contents of what you ate (spices, dairy proteins, etc.). Your skin because of genetics will react in a similar way to an allergy to these substances in the form of acne.

So it is not the sebum that is the problem, but the bad substances in the sebum. Sebum is actually great oozy stuff for preventing aging. If you take something like accutane to reduce sebum, you will speed up your propensity to age.

Yeah man, its weird. Someone above posted its cause your sebum has the stuff in it. That seems weird cause why do some people have it and others dont then.

I get itchy skin on my face too.

I never thought it was linked to diet though.
