eusa_hand.gif No more acne... I have rash on my face, and breakouts all over. Cysts to be precise. All I did was drink milk and eat bread, since I was on gluten free diet for a while now, then I had bread and WHOA.. sad.gif
No more, for a week, I am gonna eat only fruits, veggies, green tea, salmon, raw egg yolks. Thats all. Its gonna be hard.. but Im ready. Will let you know results next wednesday.

P.S. I JUST did liver flush! So yea smile.gif

My face was all clear I went to my nephews pizza hut party a few days ago, had pizza and yesterday I had some chocolate cake. Welcome new cyst on my cheek!!!!!

I'm with you on being VERY strict with what I eat for the next few weeks.
Tomorrow will be my tofu/veggie stir fry; Chinese style

Thank you for support. I will go crazy probably no sugar, NO HONEY sad.gif, no milk or gluten for a week.. and Im taking multivitamin that i spent fortune on. If everything goes well...Im gonna stick to the diet and just get creative with veggies and other boring ingradients. I had white bread to day, we went out to celebrate... hopefully that doesnt do anything cry.gif

I'm not going to worry too much about dairy and other foods since I need my vitamins. We still have tons of yogurt in the fridge. I need to finish those before I start anything.

Hi,
I know , wasting food isnt worth it, knowing there are millions who starve everyday, acne seems so insignificat to bigger problem of hunger. Im lucky to have family who will eat my food if I dont want it, and I got pets smile.gif

I have family too. They just don't eat yogurt. I can't feed that stuff to the dogs either.

Hey how are you doin on the diet Marrakech?
Good luck. I know its very hard to follow at first, but you really do get used to it.

this might help you.. I don't seem to break out when I eat Raw Honey. But you have to make sure that its Raw, unprocessed, untreated, unheated. Some brands I get at Wild Oats and Whole Foods, Really Raw Honey, and Honey in the rough. Just be sure to eat some fat afterwards to stabilize your blood sugar level. Avocado, Olive oil, or brazilian nuts, hand shelled. I got my in-shell brazilian nuts and sunflower seeds, from www.nutsonline.com

Yeah, raw honey is a good alternative sweetener to sugar. Not to mention it's delicious and theres all kinds of different honey like blackberry honey, clover honey, buckwheat honey etc. and they can have their own unique properties and benefits. Another good sweetener is agave syrup which is one of the lowest glycemic index out of all sweeteners with sugar in them. You can also get the benefits of raw honey by eating bee pollen and propolis. Overall stevia wins in comparison to everything else though, with zero effect on blood sugar and zero bad effects smile.gif

Marrakech have you considered seeing a professional about your problems, like a naturopath or something along those lines?

I have honey , but I dont know if its raw, my mom buys it from some local famer-dealer. smile.gif
And yes I am considering seeing a naturopath. I had agave syrup before it's delicious. Not sure if its safe for me though. As for my diet.. eh i got 3 new breakouts, maybe its too soon to say. I eat lots of fruit, because veggies are kinda gross sometimes, my diet is so plain... Im gonna die... cry.gif cry.gif
