i was so busy this past 3 weeks that i almost got no time for my pimples and whatever people will say to them, and then i realize that my face is getting a little bit clearer every single day....i also take evening primrose oil and this shit is a very GREAT supplement to amke your skin glow... you just got to take it and after 1 week you'll see the difference in your face...

yes of course, because not thinking about them will certainly affect hormones and the amount of sebum produced

Well, what it might do is lower the stress and anxiety associated with constantly thinking about your acne - lowering stress levels (which lowers cortisol levels) can be helpful in clearing you up.
