[helpme!]

I use Neutrogena Body Clear Body Scrub and Biore Ice Cleanser both with a loofah in the shower...and I read somewhere on here some people saying that the trick is to leave it on for a while and not wash it off right away. I was wondering, how long do you leave these washes on? And also, how thick are you applying them - do you scrub to a lather, or just kind of coat it on? Thanks to anyone who replies!
