I woke up this morning after pretty much no sleep and I didn't get anymore!
And that was just 1/2 day. lol. My skin is starting to itch, but I'm trying not to itch it.
Btw, I have terrible skin. Never knew how to correctly wash my face until now, seriously. I have blackheads on my chin, back, chest, and nose. Hopefully, they will go away in time.
I also am trying to eat healthier. It's really easy in the summer actually. Being at school messes me up. What is funny is that I had better skin this year at school then last year by just exercising more and not eating pizza. Most people don't have a correlation, but I think I did. I'm also trying to exercise 5-6 days a week too to tone up.
