I just started last night. I had 3 whiteheads on my chin, one on my jaw, and two on my lip corners.

I woke up this morning after pretty much no sleep and I didn't get anymore! smile.gif

And that was just 1/2 day. lol. My skin is starting to itch, but I'm trying not to itch it.

Btw, I have terrible skin. Never knew how to correctly wash my face until now, seriously. I have blackheads on my chin, back, chest, and nose. Hopefully, they will go away in time.

I also am trying to eat healthier. It's really easy in the summer actually. Being at school messes me up. What is funny is that I had better skin this year at school then last year by just exercising more and not eating pizza. Most people don't have a correlation, but I think I did. I'm also trying to exercise 5-6 days a week too to tone up.

I've actually lost a couple of pounds, I'm eating healthier, I measured my waist and it's way smaller again! Yay. hehe. My face is healing marvelously. It still itches but I expected that. Some of my blackheads are imerging out of my skin, which is a good skin. I only got one new pimple by my eye on my cheek. Not too bad.

Edit: Okay. I am so mad. I started it and now I'm having my period, I think...This sucks. Oh well... I usually can live with it. That means that the breakout I got last week was PMS.

Edit: nvm. I think that might have been a hoax. My pimples are started to come up on my cheeks. I think that is a good sign, hopefully.

I'm trying to lose weight too except I keep eating things and thinking they won't matter and then it all builds up.

Good luck on your regimen, it starts working really well in week3/4- week 1 and 2 are the suckyness.

Thanks all!

I got one new whitehead today, but it's dry. That's not too bad. I know why it's there though. I touched my face because it was really dry and I wanted to get a few flakes off, my pillow could be a culprit, and/or aloe vera but I doubt it.

This is all normal. Do not be afraid to over-moisturize. And moisturize throughout the day too as necessary.

Oh, and try not to pick at the flakes; however, they might come off with very gentle rubbing when they are wet. smile.gif

They don't really come off at all... I moisturize during the day, but my face is fine by then. It's just when it's first washed that it hurts.

Update: I don't have anymore pimples like whiteheads anymore but I have blackheads all over my face. My face looks clear, but it's not. :\

Okay, I haven't quite stuck to the regimen exactly. I have seen improvement. I should stick to it really well and hopefully, I will be better at the end of August. smile.gif

If you need some guidance with the CSR, let me know which products you are using.
But yea, it really is best to be strict in the first few months, it usually works best that way!

I figured out why it isn't working right. My moisturizer is crappy and I already washed my face, put bp on, and put on the oil clogging moisturizer.

This is going to be of what I ate too to help me out.

Breakfast: frosted mini wheats(has lots of vitamins) w/ out milk
Selenium with water. I'll update it when I eat more throughout the day.
Green tea with two scoops of sugar. I know, that's bad.

Snack: about two cups of broccoli
One handful of carrots
cranberry apple juice

Lunch: albacore(tuna) with miracle whip on whole wheat bread that has oats.

Snack: 12 oz glass of 1 % milk with instant breakfast mix(nonorganic) yes, that's bad but i don't care
Dannon yogurt

Before dinner: one glass of water with yellow juice

Dinner: rice with broccoli in it and other veggies
Chicken

and 1 cup of broccoli

I decided to stop doing a food log. It's too time consuming. Bleh...

OMG. I got two red pimples under my nose. It hurts and I think it's from bp irritation. Grr.

3 weeks, 5 days (I think)

I have no new pimples and the ones that I said popped up a few days ago are gone. smile.gif

Now I'm off to the store to get Neutrogena Healthy Skin with AHA and SPF 15 to see if it'll get rid of blackheads.

3 weeks, 6 days- Started the AHA. I don't know if it's helping yet, but I'll just have to wait and see. I used it at night and then this morning, but I'm going to just use it in the morning because I don't think I'll need spf at night. It'd be a waste... I'm clear right now, except for blackheads. smile.gif
