Hey
I take two b-complex's a day usually in the morning and night. I take 20, yup 20 capsules of the vilantae b5 supplements split into four doses throughout the day. You can take on an empty stomach or after a meal. I take them after a meal because that reduces the chance of a stomach ache. Also they might absorb better after a meal because they are well after a meal so your body treats it like its part of your meal. But taking them by themselves will work as well. Also i use Solaray b-complex 50.

I'm currently using Quest B-50. as long as the B5 is quality i'm not to bothered about the brand of vitamins.
I saw a 8 hours timed-release B vitamin yesterday and i think i'll switch to those.
I'm also looking for Biotin, Holland & Barrett do 300mg and 1000mg. perhaps 1000 is good whilst i'm taking 10 grams of B5.
