I dont have severe bacne, I just got a lot of small red dots. I know people are talking about sea salt baths but I dont want to drive to beach/ order massive amounts online. You think epsom salt would work just as well?
or should I try Dan's BP *i got 2 tubes* or would that make things worse? my back dosent really break out its just that these small red dots just dont go away!
You think Benzoyl Peroxide or Epsom Salt would work?

When I was younger and more care-free I used to visit a lot of massage parlours. One of the girls in particular gave amazing back rubs, and I'd usually request her, even though she was a bit of a dog. She had this oil stuff she must have brought over from Thailand or China or wherever she was from, and it totally cleared up my bacne.
Sadly the place was raided by immigration officials (I wasn't there that night, luckily) and it turns out most of the girls, including her, had been illegally trafficked. The upshot is that within a month I had the mother of all outbreaks on my back and neck.
Sorry this doesn't answer your question, but as a fellow sufferer I wish I knew what that oil was she used. Sounds like it could help you out. If anyone else reading this has any ideas, I'd be much obliged.

Did it have a scent to it? Tea tree oil is used in place of benzoyl peroxide as a disinfectant by some.
