I've answered this question so many times it's not funny.

I'll give you a hint, it's not green.

I tried drinking many cups of Green Tea and/or White Tea during the day. I also tried taking Green Tea supplements that were high potency in EGCG, but didn't really notice any difference in my skin oiliness, maybe a slight increase if anything which contradicts everything positive said about Green and White Tea's effect on hormone levels. I felt less tired but that was more due to the caffeine content of the Green Tea.

Cheers
Craig

It's cool, you'd feel the same way if you were in my position. Basically no harsh feelings or anything smile.gif Drink up your white tea, it's extremely healthy in many different ways though it's not enough on it's own to get rid of acne. But along with a good dietary regimen coupled with exercise, it will go a long way biggrin.gif

It is good for you though. I agree. I don't think it affects acne either. I've had a couple of cups of green tea a day and it didn't do anything for me.

i used to think green tea was better but recently i was searching it up on the net and found white tea is much more potent and contains more antioxidants as its picked at a very early stage of growth and undergoes very little processing. You pay the extra price for white tea though, its more expensive than green tea and its harder to find. I've tried a few asian groceries and they dont have it. I found it online though, and its organic, which is a bonus. I hear it tastes lighter and sweeter than green tea, even though i got used to the sometimes bitter and grassy taste.

Cheers!
