i have a helluvalotta acne on my back, but only about 6 or 7 little bumps. other than that my skin is as smooth as a baby's. i just have hundreds(not joking) of little tiny spots that have been there for months and wont go away. i know they're not scars because i never pick. can someone tell me what it is
