It is a good Idea to grow your own fruit trees in your backyard to have a constant supply of a variety of organically grown fruits.

I had a kumquat tree, avocado tree, and orange tree in my backyard growing up. It was nice being able to just walk outside and get some fruit.
Too bad I don't have a backyard any more.

Planting a vegetable garden has been on my to-do-list for some time. I think since like around 2 summers ago. If I could just get a couple of cucumbers to bloom I'd be eternally elated.

Yeah, having your own fruit is the best, and always tastes nicer
My family has..
-2 apple trees (one is a cooking apple, the other just normal apples)
-Plum tree
-Pear tree
-Red Currants, Blackcurrants, Blue Berries, Raspberries (but only a small one), Blackberries
- Rubarb
- Onions
- Tomatoes
- Radishes
And a fresh herb garden hehe
