With a bath sponge I wash with the Neutrogena Body Clear Body Wash. After getting out of the shower I apply Differin cream to my chest, shoulders, back, and neck. It seems to work alright I guess. My bacne isn't too bad. Occaisonally a large pimple will occur but will go away after awhile.
