I've been eating very healthy.. yet I got no energy now sad.gif The only good thing is that I sleep better. Besides that, I got some cysts under my skin on both of my hands. Looks like luquid formed underneath the skin and I've had a rash on the side of my face since May 14th and it's been spreading.. and acne is really bad. I'm attaching a file which has my food diary since 5/29. Can anyone explain to me what am I suppose to do? Starve to death now or what?? If even organic healthy food isn't helping.
Thank you..

OK I cant even upload a file.. screw that!

I agree, but also from what you wrote out you are really LOW on carbs. I know some of those products have carbs in them but wow you should be consuming much more carbs in my opinion.

Have you ever thought of this?

http://www.drbass.com/symptoms.html

Maybe your body is just throwing the trash out and you are breaking because of that? If you know that what you are eating is healthy and detoxing then I'd just stick with it.

One thing I noticed though is that you are eating quite a bit of dried fruits. I would cut them out. They are basically sugar that goes straight into your bloodstream. Also I don't know how you are combining your food.
