First of all i had acne for years.
I think i am a expert in acne because of my experiments and experiences., I have gone to dermatologists , i have done my studies.I am also a bodybuilder so i have experimented on foods and followed diets for a good 2 years now..
First of all i think acne is a mental thing .
1)When u have acne on ur face , forget about it , Matter of fact learn how to love acne. Ya i said it learn how to love acne.
2)Stay away from stress, STAY AWAY FROM STRESS, Dont get angry , control ur mind .Dont stay depressed
DONT DO ANYTHING OR LISTEN TO ANYTHING THAT WILL RAISE UR STRESS LEVELS.
stay away from people that give u stress , stop thinking negative, THink positive.
3)dont eat foods that will jump ur insulin levels. Eat low GI foods , GO on the internet and type in GI FOODS.
4)Sleep 8 hours, or sleep more.
5)drink water ONLY
6) use this bar called cetaphil and use cetaphil moisturizer.
7)go out on the sun for a lil while ,

---- most important.
on every meal
eat alot of brocolli , Olive oil, one apple, Fish oil . and anything else u want.BUt make sure every meal u eat broccoli .
MATTER OF FACT OVERDOSE ON BROCCOLI
for me that is key for my removal of acne is = apple,brocolli,olive oil,water.
watch in 3 days how ur face turns out . Just try it for 3 days.
