cool thanx, i got severe back and neck and back problems, many misalignments, two rotated vertebraes causing pinched nerves... I am on wais diet so I already most of these foods, however my back and neck only got a little better.. I will stop eating tomatoes though and see if it makes a difference... My salad that I eat started with lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, avocado.. I am allergic to some avocado, and the lettuce wasn't doing anything but taking up space in my stomache, so now I guess its just cucumbers.. how fun. This article said eggs can be bad, maybe they mean cooked or the egg white because I read that raw egg yolks are good for back aches.. and I noticed a huge difference when I started eating more raw egg yolks.. What does this article have to do with acne?? oh well, it helped me
