Does anyone break out when they take a multivitamin? Eat too much: milk? cheese? cereal? bread? pasta? enriched juices? vitamin/protien bars?
I know I do. I did a little research and found that a lot of our daily foods are enriched with all sorts of vitamins. Milk, cheese, flours and cereals. I know how bad my face can get when I supplement with "vitamins" and I'm sensing a strong connection here. I'm not saying that eating these foods once a week will cause anything, but eating them on a daily bases perhaps. This isn't much of a informative post about food fortification but rather then I'm going to test it out for a period of time and let you guys know the results. I'll be severly cutting down on fortified foods. I believe my main culprits are milk, cereal, and cheese. I will have the occassional bread, white flour (not fortified I believe), and yoghurt. Otherwise it's going to be fruit/veggies/meat/eggs and some chocolate
I'd like to hear your thoughts.
