The story then relates research and fact finding visits to Hunza by
such notables as Queen Elizabeth, Art Linkletter and N.B.C., The
National Geographic Magazine, Frank Shor, Lowell Thomas, Jr., Chou
En Lai of China. Visitors to Hunza all came back with the same
identical description of the Hunza people:

"Hunza men are straight, tall, broad-shouldered,
deep-chested, slim-waisted, heavy-legged, and have full
heads of hair. Hunza women are straight, tall,
slim-waisted, developed bosoms, perfect complexions, and
luxuriant hair. Both men and women have perfect teeth and
eyesight even at 100 years and older! They are neat,
clean, intelligent and friendly. And you can't find an
overweight person.Hunza women at 80 look no older than North American women
of 40. Fatigue is virtually unknown. Hunza men over 90
years old repeatedly walk the mountain trail of 65 miles
from the town of Gilgit with a full pack and immediately
start to work in the fields again!"

On the way back I pass by some very pretty Hunza women. Their faces are uncovered, and many have striking western type features such as fair hair and skin. Their manner also strikes me as very proud and self-confident. I can’t help thinking that this is a characteristic of mountain dwellers throughout Asia.

Melbourne that picture looks photoshopped. And besides ALL little children look like that. If they live the evil modern way or in some hut in the mountains. I want to see these 80 year olds who look like 40 year olds, and these men with perfect white teeth when they are 100.

I beg to differ. I have genetic dark circles. People thought I had liver problems all my life. My skin is just thinner under my eyes.

Okay so what is your excuse for the men? I mean the article you read all the stuff and copied and pasted the stuff from should have pictures. All you are saying is words, there is no proof, and the words sound kind of ridiculous.

You know, maybe article is alittle exaggerated, BUT, Im on bloke's side because I was born in Central Asia and I've seen mountain people and they do have PERFECT SKIN and natural pink cheeks. And if you go more east, have you seen mongolians? Find me a pic of mongolian with acne... Ok. I think their diet is good, clean air, excercise and mineral mountain water is what promotes health. Like they say in Ayurvedic medicine "Food is medicine, and medicine is food" If you don't believe this article, that's cool, your opinion, but you just as much can't prove/disprove anything until you travel there. I have gotten the closest .. PEACE.

If he was not Hunza his hair would already be grey.

He has black hair.

The old woman also has dark black hair.

This is a sign of youth.

If he was not Hunza his hair would already be grey.

He has black hair.

Whatever I don't feel like arguing with you. My uncle has pure dark hair, does not dye it, and is not fat, has no wrinkles. He doesn't eat very well, and he drinks 2 liters of soda a day (no kidding). He is 65. The man has loads of wrinkles and he looks his age, which is no doubt 60's. That is not youth, though many women who dye their hair would love you for saying they look youthful for not having gray hair!

Like I said, I LIVED IN CENTRAL ASIA FOR 12 YEARS! I've seen these people myself.. not Hunza, but close enough regions. Until you go there yourself and disprove me, Im gonna keep agreeing with Bloke.
