Hi Leah,

What sort of regime are you on? Mybacne is no where near as bad as it used to be once i made these diet changes, i did a little research but couldn't find a great deal on why it specifically gets targeted on ones back. But i did hear it was related to a form of digestive disorder?! You have done more in the way of me by doing liver flushes etc, but you may find that you still need to alter your diet maybe, balance insulin, more excercise, or there could be an inflammatory response to a particular? My back has to be cleaned very often too whistling.gif( getting better though... smile.gif

Thanks Stu...

It's odd... I really think my back is worse now than it EVER was.

My digestion is totally fine.

My diet is pretty good/strict, but maybe I'm eating something that doesn't agree with me. I just realized that there's soybeans in the sprouted grain bread that I was eating a lot of. I've been eating oats almost every day for the past couple of months and I wonder if that could be a problem for me. I will try to stop eating those things for a few weeks to see if there's a difference.

Exercise is one thing I don't do... and I should...

I must have the fattest canals on my cheeks then sad.gif lol.gif Altough there clearing again for the moment, question is, how long can i walk the tight rope for?

Hey Leah, that bread sounds like it might be a problem for you. There's only a couple of brown breads i can eat without screwing up on. Fresh white breaks me out wacko.gif You'll have to keep us posted. You going for the chop on oats n bread then?

I'm gonna try! I already stopped the bread... I just need to find a replacement for oatmeal. Maybe quinoa flakes...

Leah, do you think you are done flushing/bowel cleansing? My back totally cleared up after all of the flushing and detoxing I had done. You shouldn't have such bad food sensitivities once you have dealt with a congested liver, heavy metal toxicity, and bowel toxicity. At least I didn't.

It sounds like toxins are still being released through your skin.....

Are you on kombucha tea? That's very helpful as well.

Oh no, I am definitely not done liver flushing/cleansing (my face is not perfect yet)... I will continue to do flushes combined with colonics or enemas. It's just that, all that has helped my facial acne a LOT... and my grass allergies... and completely cured my eczema... but my back is the same or even worse than when I started liver flushing or bowel cleansing. So that made me think that it has nothing to do with the liver or bowels. But I could be wrong. It's good to know that your back cleared up with detoxing.

One thing I've never done is a heavy metal detox, but I only have a couple of amalgam fillings at the most... maybe just one even. So I don't know if I need to do that.

I've never tried kombucha tea. I'll look into it.

Thanks a lot for your input.

Leah..hang in there....I wasn't really what I considered "cured" until my 8th flush/3rd colonic.

Well I didn't expect it to be this simple... My back has seriously improved since I stopped eating the sprouted grain bread. (BTW, I didn't end up cutting out oats because I figured I should just stop one thing at a time, so I would know for sure what was a problem for me.) I have still gotten a few small pimples on my back since then, but before I was constantly getting these big, painful spots... and those have just stopped entirely. eusa_dance.gif It makes sense... I think my back started getting really bad around the same time that I started eating that bread more often. Who knows if it was the soybeans, or the wheat... or what. I wish I could find some sprouted grain bread without soy.
