lemon juice

Is it ok to use an already bottled lemon juice, or do you have to use fresh squeezed lemon juice?

yeah I was wondering about this too. The lemon acid for cooking u get in botles from the shop are acidic which would mean it helps? Is the acidity which helps?

No, God knows how long it took to make that one bottle, and if they you preservatives on it, and sometimes color too. Not so much acidity but maybe Vit C and just natural things I dont know.. Go Natural and you wont go wrong.
