Eat some potato pieces grilled in alot of (Bertolli olive extra light oil (mild tasting)) in a french fry cooker or a pan with sea salt and alot of peper on it


as long as you eat only this you wont breakout, thats what i do


Look where the words "potato" and "olive oil" are situated in this list ---->

For the past 4 month yes i ben eating only that and i am taking some vitamins pills

Its not very good for people who wants to stay very slim but for people like me that eat anything and still stay in a slim shape is ok

But one thing for sure you wont breakout if you eat only this every day ,even if you dont drink alot of water
trust me,its ben 4 month now and i dint breakout

Chucky's creepy icon is bugging the shit out of me, and the name isn't helping. I think he wants us to starve to death. Coincidental cease in breakouts for him? Perhaps.

It does cause i take multi-vitamins , the list says that fruits are good but alot of people gets some breakout
with the sugar that contains the fruits

I agree, if you follow that diet you'll end up looking like his icon... does he want us all to die? I mean that's SO unhealthy and in the long run you're gonna be ill. This guy died because he only hate the same things.

-Dont eat stuff made with flour , eat unbleached flour

-You see the word "butter" on my list , its not margarine, its unsalted real butter

-Dont drink too much green tea you will dry up your skin

-Eat all the vegetables exepte the ones in the acid categorie of my list (carrots,tomatoes)

-I said eat potatoes and olive oil cause when you eat that your not ungry for a while , no matter how many vegetables you eat your still ungry at the end, but i never said that i was not eating vegetables

-Allow food time too digest before exercicing (at least 30 min ),because when you exercise your body directs blood away from your digestive organs and transfer it to your muscle

-Dont drink fluids with meals, if you do ,your diluting your system's digestive juice

I eat lots of vegetables and I'm not hungry at the end, as long as I have salad dressing.

From what I read here potatoes have a negative effect due to spikes in blood sugar level. However, here's what I just found:

yea right , just eat some fish or something just look at the list and find something that your going to like

if you eat something in the more or most acid categories, just make your self throw up after wink.gif
