It contains some parabans which may not be so good and has a fragence which some people tend not to like, however, other than that it looks fine. Also gels tend not to be so moisturising so I would recommend you use a regular moisturiser with it aswell

I've used the L'Oreal Men's Expert line for a while, including the Oil Controller Anti-Oiliness Moisturizer and they started to cause breakouts. For those who are concerned about fragrance in products, the Men's Expert line is highly fragranced.
I much prefer the Biotherm T-Pur line. I've been using both the Anti-Shine Facial Cleanser and Active Anti-Shine Moisturizer and they seem to work quite well. There's also a compatible scrub and shaving cream in the line. Apparently both L'Oreal and Biotherm are owned by the same company, but the formulations of the two lines are quite different. Again, though, Biotherm is also fragranced but the products didn't break me out.

There was one i saw, in melbourne, and it said 'sebum fighting', or something like that, maybe 'anti sebum', anyone tried it? Still i'll never use another product on my face besides cetaphyl moisturiser

It contains alcohol denat and peppermint, both of which are skin irritants that can worsen acne. I would not use it. In addition, over the counter treatments can only absorb oil. Why not use a prescription retinoid, which can actually help your pore function more normally?

I was using this for a month of so. Wasn't sure if anyone else noticed but the product does say anti sebium.
Can't be sure if this caused breakouts or my acne kicking up a notch (i probably wasn't sticking the regimen well), but it definately works at making skin look matte looking.
