face vs back question

Can you use the same stuff on you back that you do on your face? Will it work same?

yup, but it will definately not work the same, the back is more difficult to heal.

For me my back is much less sensitive than my face. I can use all my facial treatments on my back. My bacne seems to be different than my facial acne was; not necessarily stronger, just different (less inflamatory lesions, more clogged pores in general). My advice is to experiment with your facial acne treatments on your back until you find something effective.

I guess one of the good things about body acne is it tends to leave pigment marks (which I hope go away on their own) not dents like face acne.
