I have the generic brand called clavaris and i pay $15 a month! My 5 month course of clear skin will cost a total of $75... cant beat that!
Holy Shit.
I'm from the Uk and it cost me about £400 for a 5month course I think thats like $750 but it may be cheaper in the USA
Is that with insurence? How much do derms cost over there?

Without insurance, my Amnesteem would cost me a bit over $300 a month. With insurance, I pay $15. Super great. Yay for insurance!
PS. Not to mention the monthly blood tests and derm visits! Without insurance, this treatment can be very pricey!

The 30 pack of 10mg costs $50 ($40 USD).
I had to wait for my insurance benefits to kick in before going on accutane!

300 USD for 100 capsules of 20mg (but you get 90% refunded from the government)
5 USD for blood tests.
25 USD for a decent moisturizer, which you'll need.
It's an expensive treatment, but the government refunds 90% automatically when your dermatologist fills out a form. You'll have to pay about 1500 USD for a complete treatment though, but it'll be refunded after a while.
We usually don't have separate medical insurances in Norway, because everyone has good coverage by default.

Everything else is covered by insurance.

oh yeah and i recommend name brand since there was study that found that the generic accutane was less potent.
You usually have symptoms if your liver or other internal organs are being damaged (pain). I think taking it without a doctor is pretty safe especially if youve already been on it the past and know how your body reacts.
