semi-clear to explosive acne

Feb 8, 2012. I started spiro 50mg 2/day and differin 0.3% 1x/day at night on Dec 24th and quite taking birth control on Jan 6th because my acne started about 1 week after i went on birth control in Dec 2010, prior to that it was clear (i dont' know if that coincidence or due to the birth control so i gave is a year and it my face was still breaking out so i just quit), prior to this i was using tretinoin cream 1% since March 2011 and taking apri birth control starting Deb 2010 as above.
