Well today I picked up my perscription for Claravis (Generic Accutane). ii an to take one 20mg capsule a day. I took one today with plenty of water and food as directed. I an excited to see how my journey will go. I will post picures later to day as a before reference.

Today marks day 7 for me. YAY!!! I'm glad to say that so far things haven't been too bad. Here it goes: (I take my medication before bed)

My doctor called yesterday morning and told me that my blood test results came back normal and I'm good to take Accutane. I asked him what to do next, and he said to call my dermatologist and tell him which pharmacy to send my prescription too. More beautiful breakouts, around the dreaded chin area. And I lost my chapstick.

So far so good... I have more cysts on my chin & cheeks (that REALLY hurt) but I noticed last night my skin is starting to look a little different. I am still on Erythromycin as well so I'm disappointed the spots have come up.

4th week on DKR and going though another phase of breakout again. noticed theres a pattern of breakouts every 2nd week. hopefully my recovery time is quicker from this regimen.
After reading a lot of post on the forms, I sorta changed my regimen that help with flakiness.
