My life would be so much better if I had self dicipline. That's something I intend to have someday.
My face is looking ok right now. Despite the fact that last night I did some rather agressive blackhead removal.
I did the mask for 15 minutes after I got out of the shower last night(I washed my face in the shower with the Lerosett medicated cleanser) and put on Badgers Lavender SPF 15 instead of Jojoba oil because it has zinc oxide in it and zinc oxide helps dry up pimples and stuff (think camimine lotion when you have poison ivy or something). Plus it always makes my skin feel so soft
I of course toned and put on my healing serum first
And spot treated with the clay after everything.
I only had a small bowl of chicken broth last night (it was chicken soup but I only had the broth) and a grilled chesee (look dairy is another weakness of mine so dont judge me
) I shovled out stalls for over half an hour so I think that should count as arobic exercise.
This morning I woke up and my face was lookin pretty darn good. A small white head on the chin (which didn't suprise me after all the picking I had done to it) a small one next to my nose and the bump I'v been waiting to come to a head, had. (that sounded weird to write) So I used a needle on them after I washed my face, then the mask for 15 minutes, then washed it off with warm water, then toned, healing serum, then badgers lavender spf 15 sunscreen then since I'm home all day I put some clay on the spots and a few I'm trying to bring to a head to get them over with
For breakfast I had leftover oatmeal from yesterday with Orgainc Blue Agave syrup and water.
For Lunch I'm having a carrot (one of the big ones...love 'em
) and leftover brown rice with chilli beans
Dinner...not sure but not alot.
I need to find a way to get some exercise into the day as well...Hmmm...I'll have to think on that
Speaking of thinking, I'v decided to do the masks 2x a day for 2 weeks (minus the days I'v already done it), then once a day until clear, then 2 to 3 times a week and spot treatmeat as needed. Hmmmm....we'll see...
Delightfully, Me
