On accutane having sex

Hey guys I have a quick questions. I know that if your pregnant you should never take accutane, and I know that they prescribe bc for women who are going to take tane. Is it alright for a male to be on tane and have sex? will there be birth defects?

hey guys went to a new derm and was prescribed 40mg of accutane taken every other day.

I been taking retin-a micro 0.01 to control my acne and i was wondering should i use any topicals while im using accutane. i know i have to stop using retin-a.

i think i know why accutane didnt work for me

I just read on the acne.org description of accutane and it saids that accutane works best with little or no relapse if you take 100-120mg a day. I was on accutane twice. Once at the age of 13, and once about a year ago. both times my acne got better, but still came back obviously. My last treatment my derm put me on a low-dose program, she told me that it works the same as a high dose program minus the all the side-effects. When i was 13 i believe i was on a pretty low dose program as well . I remember my derm being scared of prescribing me accutane at such a young age. With all this said I feel that if I take accutane again(this time take at least 100mg a day) my acne will be gone!!!!!! what do you guys think?

i think im going to suffer with acne forever

I been struggling with acne since grade school and still to this day I'm breaking out and depressed about my appearance. I been on accutane twice and they seemed to work in the beginning, but my acne came back again a few months after the treatments. It really sucks to suffer with acne and I been struggling with it for years now and as each day goes by i seem to get worse and worse(psychology speaking). I HATE THIS
