Will someone please suggest a solution for my acne. I hate it. Basically, I have this orange peel type texture with this one dent. I can see the foundation for other possible dent but I'm not sure what preventive controls to take. I have tried pro-active but have only seen temporary results and I do not like that regime because those chemicals feel very strong on my face and have a pungent smell.

I have tried random ointments prescribed to me by dermatologists but find that applying too much of that makes my skin worse. Also, I have adjusted my diet a little bit (which is extremely hard to do if you want to gain more weight). I tried to drink more water and replace all soda beverages with water but I'm not seeing too much difference.
