So depressed about the most recent breakouts.  I haven't posted in a while, not because I'm embarassed, but just because I'm so discouraged by my lack of progress.  I'm all but sure that my acne is largely related to diet... the holidays F*CKED me up.  I'm getting back on track now, but there were a couple days where I actively avoided going out because I was so ashamed and embarrased.  I'm actually going out on a blind date now... I'm self-conscious, but not that nervous because I guess there's nothing to lose... only a chance for me to learn about myself and another person :confused:

    hey good luck on that....happy your confident to at least do something and not let it get in your way much

    It's really amazing how much your face lights up when you smile, just so much prettier than without those pearly whites. I suggest you go through life with a smile, acne or not.
