Left side week 2

This one really makes me mad. Not coming to a head either... its dry and sort of going down. One on my upper lip is small (i can barely feel it) but its red. grrrr The one right next to the circled one is almost completely flat, just got discoloration. You will see in another pic.

FRed marks make it look way worse.
